Refresh Wellbeing is a place to retreat from the hustle of life. To help you bring back balance and harmony through self care.

In our STUDIO Space, we offer a variety of Group Yoga classes as well as Private Yoga classes and hold workshop and events which will inspire you.

Our Team

Evonne Kelly ​

Evonne is the founder of Refresh Wellbeing. She is a philanthropist and lover of living. Her passion in life is to motivate people to live in their authentic true expression of who they are and what they love.

Evonne is a Yoga teacher here at the studio and also practices as a Holistic Therapist. Teaching people to eat right, think right and move right. She holds workshops and events in the wellness space and offers everything she has learned in her many years of study of anything and everything to do with health and wellbeing.

Evonne’s love for Yoga came about from her own experience of transformation.

Anastasia Giovanaglou

Anastasia is a Crystal Bowl Sound Therapist, holistic Kinesiologist, Reiki practitioner, Reiki Master and ThetaHealing therapist based in Sydney, Australia and has been in her energy healing practice since 2018 and along her own healing journey for many years.

Anastasia also holds Sound Bath and Meditation as well as Women’s circle and other soul nurturing workshops here at the studio.

Anastasia holds monthly Sound Bath Meditation workshops at the studio.

Taises Costa de Almeida

Taises is a passionate yoga and dance teacher. Originally from Brazil she has taught Yoga and dance to different parts of the globe. She will be teaching Yoga and Zumba style dance classes at the studio. She will also be hosting womens circles and other workshops and events.

With a background in dance, Taises brings a unique body awareness, exploring the beauty of movement and the expressiveness of the body in an intuitive and graceful way.
